We will reach out to schedule your first onboarding call after you make your first payment (whether that is a payment plan or a pay in full.) Thereafter, the programme will officially kick off with a group call on Monday 6th October 2026 at 8pm CET. 

You will have until 31st December 2026 to programme in your 1:1 coaching calls - and these will be at a time to suit. You'll get the calendar link when the cohort begins.

Our honest answer to this question is that  it's not an emergency 'til it's suddenly an emergency, right? Why not get this dialled so you know you have this ready to roll if and when you might need it?

Nobody is expecting you to lose the day job if you don't want to. More, that forewarned is forearmed, and the future may not be as stable as the past. Having this programme in your back pocket may prove to be just the ticket.

In truth we have so many graduates who are currently supporting themselves and their families. Our most famous graduate even sold his mobile maintenance company for several million to a large corporate. Here at Cycle Systems we've cleared well over 7 figures to date. Making money from bikes is very much alive and well.

In fact (and you can ask Chat GPT too!) bike maintenance is a profession that uses fine motor skills, intuitive feel, and a vast working knowledge of bikes and parts - many of which have been around for years and don't have a jot of anything on them that lends itself to plug and play automations.  

These types of skills will almost certainly be the last kinds of human skills to be taken over by robots. We are not saying it is impossible, but the development of this kind of fine dexterity is a seriously long way off, and also a very expensive endeavour. 

Bike mechanics is a decent living. But it will never make you billions. Why would anybody pay for that kind of tech? 

We firmly believe at Cycle Systems that the time is now to build human relationships and to sell human services locally.  In fact, we are passionate that the time is very much now to begin to claim the market share that still exists on your doorstep. 

Going through the Lead Out Mastermind does not guarantee you a Cycle Systems Pioneer Franchise contract, no. We expect demand for the Franchise scheme to be highly competitive as we are rolling out with only 10 across the UK to begin with. However, this Mastermind is designed to give you a really good grounding and understanding as to whether you want to go ahead with bike mechanics as a business anyway, so it well worth doing as a grounded, foundational experience that will set you well on your way to success whether you buy a franchise or not.  

Furthermore, we will only be accepting Pioneer Franchise applications from our Lead Out graduates. So you will need to do this programme first if a franchise is your goal.

If you sign into a franchise with us however, we will discount the total cost of the Lead Out from the cost of the franchise license. That means your franchise will be £2k cheaper and the entire Lead Out experience would have cost you nothing whatsoever to go through.

Cycling is a massive market and it is growing exponentially. A simple google search will provide you with so much evidence for the business case for investing in cycling.

Honestly it is completely up to you how you choose to invest. And there may well be better ideas out there. But having your money stay static? All walled up with nowhere to go? Our philosophy is  that resources need to be moved (wisely) in order to create, and we'll show you exactly how to make your investment in this programme right back too.

No problem, we will discount you pro rata for the time you have been in Team Camp after you enrol, or you can have access to Team Camp for a further 12 months after your initial period is up - whichever you prefer.

From all the students we have seen through our doors over the past 20 years however, not many of them have had solid training and expertise in finance AND marketing AND operations. 

Generally speaking, entrepreneurs will have to cut their teeth on lots of leadership skills at once. We think there's a very good chance you'd have significant gaps in your knowledge that we will be able to help you to fill. 

Furthermore, we know of no business programme so deeply embedded in the cycle industry - which means we will be able to school you in specific challenges, and specific solutions relevant to this trade.
